Jonathan Venus is Chief Financial Officer and Controller based in eData’s Manila office. Jon is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, a Certified Management Accountant in the USA, a Certified Financial Consultant, and a Certified Forensic Accountant. Jon brings in his knowledge, expertise, and experiences in the fields of external and internal finance. His experiences include setting up organizations, creating and improving processes, compliance, and a partner in achieving goals. He gained these experiences from the various industries and multinational companies he worked before such as Accenture, TMF Group, and Aswig Solutions.
Jon obtained his Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy degree through a scholarship program in Technological Institute of the Philippines.
Jon directs the financial affairs of the Company and provides the financial information and analyses for the guidance of management. He is responsible for the company’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with government regulatory agencies, banks, clients, suppliers, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports.
