Mary Joy Villamin

Joy is the Assistant Human Resources Manager, primarily responsible for the recruitment and staffing of eData. She works with Department Managers in developing qualified and talented individuals to become valuable additions to the company.

Prior to joining eData, she worked in various industries including logistics, restaurants, architecture, and manufacturing. She has extensive experience in recruitment having performed these services for companies that required sales engineers, business development executives, architects, accountants, etc. Her expertise also includes developing employee welfare programs and employee grievance handling.

She is a graduate of Psychology and Marketing Management from De La Salle University and has a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology from the same institution.
